Shipping information will vary depending on your items and location. Note that all shipping charges are calculated at checkout. We all love a free shipping promo though, so keep an eye out for when we drop exclusive deals.

Where do you ship?

Right now we only ship within Canada and the United States. If you are looking to order to countries outside of these countries, please reach out and we'll see if we can accommodate.

Can I cancel my order once it's shipped?

Unfortunately once your items have shipped, the ship has sailed and it's too late to cancel. If you are having second thoughts after placing the order, reach out to us right away and we'll do our best to cancel before shipping has started. However if it is too late, we do have a 14-day return policy. Once you receive your item(s), you may ship it back to us and the cost will be refunded as soon as we receive it. How long will it take to receive my item?

Due to changing stock levels, we are experiencing lead times that can range from a week up to a few months. If you are looking for a more specific delivery timeline, we encourage you to contact us via email (at, prior to placing the order. If you are comfortable with waiting for the item, a team member will reach out to you directly with a timeline once the order is placed. If there are any delays along the way, you will be notified. Please note that all items will have different lead times. Some items ship quick, while others may take some time.

How does local delivery work?

You may have noticed that some of our larger items are local delivery only - sorry to our friends outside of the general Toronto area, we're working on getting these items to you soon! If you fall within our delivery radius (about 50km outside of Toronto), you are eligible to purchase local-delivery-only items. You will checkout and pay the shipping fees on your order as you normally would - as you may still have shipped items in your cart! - however a team member will reach out to you within 24 hours with an update on when your local items will be delivered. Please note that rugs are not available for local delivery unless otherwise indicated in the product description.

Oops - my order had local-delivery-only items however I'm not local. I didn't realize! 

No sweat, friend. Sometimes we're so excited about a product that we miss that pesky fine print! Unfortunately those larger or fragile items are available only locally right now as we're still working out some shipping logistics on our end. Our team will catch these hiccups and likely email you with an explanation and a refund, however if you don't hear from us, please email with your order number. Or, if you have a friend locally that we can deliver the item to, let us know and we can adjust the delivery address.

I am shipping to the United States, what about import duties/taxes?

We wish we had more fun answer for you, but import duties and taxes are out of our control. You are responsible for paying any import duties/taxes upon receiving the product. Rugs (with the exception of our vintage one-of a-kind rugs) typically do not require import costs, however other products may.

What if my items are damaged during transit?

We know how frustrating and disappointing that can be! All damaged or defective items must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
